  Capeclear were taken over by Workday but I think their developer website was taken offline shortly after the takeover.  Afraid I have no idea what happened to the source for the plugin, I don&#039;t think Eclipse ever built an equivalent into the core platform but you could ask John Arthorne (commented above) or someone else from the WTP team.
  Either way, there wasn&#039;t a whole lot of code to the plugin, maybe two very simple classes (it wasn&#039;t a complete implementation of the EFS APIs, just enough to allow a HTTP based resource to be loaded into a project)</description>
